WHO WE ARE

AZTI is a science and technology centre that conducts research and change projects in the marine and food fields, to provide products and technologies with a high impact for organisations aligned with the United Nations 2030 SDGs. We are part of the Basque Research and Technology Alliance (BRTA).

• Every Friday of the year you'll work a continuous day (7 hours)

  • Generous leave: temporary invalidity due to illness or accident, 100% pay up to 18 months; change of primary residence, 2 calendar days; 2 free choice days a year, etc.
  • Leave for birth and baby care: 21 weeks for biological mother and other progenitor. Lactation break: 1h for 12 months, for both parents.
  • We are entitled to reduced hours for care of minors or invalids until they are 14 years old.
  • Seniority bonus for every 3 years employed.
